Startforth House Bed and Breakfast is located on the outskirts of the
historic market town of Barnard Castle within walking distance of the
town centre. It is easily accessed by road from
the A66 Scotch Corner to Penrith Trans-Pennine route
The house dates back to the early nineteenth century and is situated
on the banks of the River Tees with magnificent views towards the Bowes
Museum, the Castle and the old town.
